Several of our posts have focused on tracking cash flow in a crisis. We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again: create a 13 week cash flow model for your business.
HERE you will find a template of a 13 week cash flow model that we use for our clients and for our own businesses. (IMPORTANT: When downloading, ensure that pop ups aren’t blocked. If prompted to accept download, confirm. When opening, ensure that your Excel is up to date and does not open in protected mode, which prevents you from editing the model. If you’re still having trouble, just e-mail Olga Jilani and she’ll walk you through it.)
Why 13 weeks? It’s a quarter of the year. If you’re interested in how to create rolling financial models for your business and use them to track performance, check out the full post HERE.
