Scott Sinclair — President

Scott has practiced over thirty years in all areas of investment and merchant banking and has participated in corporate finance transactions — including financings, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and both informal and formal restructurings — totaling approximately $25 billion in transaction value. He is an established authority in business and securities valuation, a published author, and a frequent speaker on financing, business valuation and turnaround management.

Scott has served as a director of public and private corporations in Canada, the U.S. and Europe and has advised companies and their shareholders in over thirty countries. He often works as an Interim CEO, President, CFO or CRO for clients requiring turnaround assistance or management transition.

Ajay Ramamoorthy — Vice President

Ajay focuses on distressed acquisitions, turnaround advisory, and the structuring of secured and unsecured financings — including project finance, asset-based lending and bridge facilities. Hebrings over a decade in corporate finance, investment banking and financial research, with prior experience at S&P Global.
