Louis Dery and Philippe Gaumond – BEONYX

BeOnyx is developing the B1, a modular all-terrain autonomous electric vehicle platform designed for extreme environments where traditional off-road solutions fail. The company targets high-need markets including defense, industrial infrastructure, and resorts, offering superior traction, heavy payload capacity (up to 1 ton), and autonomy-ready architecture. With patents filed, NATO-certified validation, early commercial traction, and scalable manufacturing in place, BeOnyx is raising a $5M round to accelerate production, go-to-market expansion, and further autonomy development.

Gordon McDougall – OCTOAI

OCTOAI is building the intelligence layer for real estate — a “brain” that makes property decisions clear, proactive, and data-driven. Like a GPS for transactions and a Fitbit for buildings, the platform reads critical documents, flags risks early, predicts asset failures before they happen, and streamlines leasing and tenant onboarding. By combining document intelligence, predictive maintenance, automated renting, and volatility-aware valuation, OCTOAI creates a powerful data flywheel that gets smarter with every deal. The mission is simple: remove the fog from real estate and make smarter decisions obvious, earlier, for everyone.

David Blair – DIP Loan Opportunity 

A leading Canadian pre-roll manufacturer has rapidly scaled since 2021, producing over 36 million units in 2025 and serving more than 80 licensed brands. Operating from a large GMP-grade, EU-GMP–ready facility near Pearson Airport, it combines strong margins, scalable capacity, and advanced manufacturing infrastructure. They are pursuing a strategic recapitalization as the business advances through an NOI restructuring process and raises new capital to support continued growth and long-term stability.
