To me, there is a lot with which to disagree or, at least, to clarify.   However, the overall theme of the post, which is the quote: “But you don’t have a sector problem, you have a situation and leadership problem” is exactly right.  Nearly every troubled company needs temporary and unique leadership and persuasion skills to transition through the difficult period.
